TERMS & CONDITIONS

For all photography; a non-refundable deposit is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographer's approval and availability. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.

For wedding packages; a 50% non-refundable deposit is due immediately upon signing a contract, to book and hold the date of your event and also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% balance is due one (1) week before the date of the wedding.

For Gibraltar small weddings: a 50% non-refundable retainer is due immediately to reserve the date and booking. A selection of high-resolution digital jpeg photos, as discussed prior to your booking date, will be delivered 2-4 weeks after your wedding via a download link. No RAW or unedited images will be available under any circumstances. I will always strive to give you all the best images from your day and sometimes this can be many, many more then specified.

I understand unexpected circumstances can arise from the client's needs to re-arrange. I will do all that I can to accommodate any changes and offer my next available booking date.

For album re-sends a €75 admin charge will be applied.
